Molly-Mae Hague has given fans a first look at her new Prime Video series and thinks viewers will be surprised.

The former Love Island star has always been open with her followers on YouTube, but she is set to give everyone a no holds barred look at her life in the six-part documentary.

The 25-year-old reality star and influencer has revealed a behind the scenes look from filming, where she’s sat on a sofa in a white blouse, looking towards the camera and crew.

In other shots, she appears thoughtful as he poses for the camera in promo shots for the series.

The show will give fans an inside look at her home, career and relationships, including her split from Tommy Fury.

Molly thinks people will be taken aback by her ‘unglamorous’ life, and she has vowed to ‘keep it real’.

‘The cameras have been following me for months now. It’s just such an exciting period of my life and I really wanted to document it,’ she told the MailOnline.

She promised something ‘so different’ to her YouTube channel, which features ‘the smallest snippets’ of what she thinks her followers what to see.

‘But with this it shows a more 360 of my life on a deeper level and following me around, getting an insight into my life,’ she explained.

Her YouTube channel will ‘always stay the same’, and Molly-Mae insisted she’s taken inspiration from that platform for the documentary.

Molly-Mae insisted her life ‘hasn’t always been glamorous’ (Picture: Prime Video/PA Wire)

‘My YouTube is where, without sounding cringy, I do connect with my audience because it’s behind the scenes of that Instagram picture that shows a one dimension, positive part of your day,’ she added.

‘You can go to my YouTube and actually hear me talking about things in my day that maybe haven’t gone to plan or aren’t that great. I have always kept it very real on my YouTube and I plan to do the same with this.

‘What’s been going on in my life and from the launch of Maebe onwards is what people will want to see. As much as I’ve enjoyed creating the brand it hasn’t always been glamorous.’

She noted that after some tough times, ‘everything is aligning’ in her life, particularly with her career as she feels empowered to take on more projects.

‘I’m so picky about everything I do with my career and take 1 per cent of jobs that come in, so I feel like it’s nice to be in the time of my life to say yes more and open up to opportunities,’ she added. ‘It’s taken up so much time, but I’ve loved it.’

Molly-Mae shocked the nation in August after announcing her split from boxer Tommy Fury, also 25, five years after they got together on Love Island.

They had been engaged and share one daughter, Bambi, who they now co-parent, and while neither party has opened up about the real issue that drove them apart, Molly has teased that more insight could be on the horizon – but it lay at Tommy’s feet.

‘No one will ever really know what went down apart from Tommy and I, and that’s how we’d like to keep it, for Bambi’s sake,’ she told British Vogue.

But, she added: ‘I do think that he will talk about things eventually. I do think that when he’s ready, like, maybe more will be said. But I think that’s for him to do on his terms.

‘It’s not like it’s gossip, it’s real life and it’s, you know, it’s a really deep situation. It’s really sad.’

The first three episodes of Molly-Mae Hague’s docuseries will be available on January 17 via Amazon Prime. The rest of the series will come in spring 2025
